Their food is tasty and the meals are reasonable.

The food is delicious and even on a Sunday near closing they were great answering questions and chatting about the food. We even got a few laughs before saying goodbye and goodnight.

We stopped in based on all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint. Wow what a hidden gem. Very clean and very friendly staff. Most of all our breakfast was cooked to perfection. I think it was the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back. Hot and amazing food. If you haven’t tried this place it’s a must.

I love the food here! Especially the Gyros. If you haven't eaten here or never had a Gyro from here you are definitely missing out. This place is amazing from the services to the food. I highly recommend this place. AMAZING!

Absolutely delicious. You cannot go wrong with any of the menu items. And the desserts are to die for yummy, especially the cheese cake. The service is top notch, very friendly and more than willing to assist any of your needs. This restaurant also offers take out.

The food was good, better then a lot of places we have tried in the past. The waitress was new and didn't know the menu yet. She was friendly and answered our questions to the best of her ability and was quick to get answers to questions she didn't have the answer to right away. The food came from the kitchen quickly and was pretty good. The baklava had great flavor and a nice flaky top but was a little on the oily side. We will definitely be back in the future to try other items on the menu

So I have tried this place twice... Prices for the food is outrageous... A Swiss Cheese Burger with fries for $14.50 and the food was mediocre at best... Also tried the spinach pie from here, while it tasted ok... the fillo was soggy and tasted like it was days old.... Sorry but all these good reviews it seems I missed something unless my expectations for a burger and fires that costs $14 are way too high.... Honestly for $6 I would rather get a dried out whopper from a minute away, never again.

Excellent service and the food is delicious

The food was great, the atmosphere was simple but clean and straightforward, and Ari was a charming and attentive waitress. This is hands-down the best chow I've had in the area. I'll definitely be returning as often as travel allows to sample the rest of the menu. Don't miss the baklava.

Very unique, nice atmosphere, excellent food! Friend staff, and BYOB. The Greek spin on American dishes is amazing and the authentic Greek dishes are the best in the area. We go often and enjoy it everytime!

As a person born and raised in Greece, I can say the Greek food in this restaurant is pretty authentic. The service is good and the prices are pretty reasonable. The food is really good and the portions are pretty generous. Feels like home ;)

If you love Greek food visit this place. I've tried a little bit of everything and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly.

So much better than the last Greek restaurant! I was so hungry I forgot to take pix! Had the gyro omelette. Comes with fried potatoes and toast. Baklava cheesecake for dessert and it was so light and delish! Great place, great service, excellent food!

This place is a must for authentic Greek food. From the Pastitsio to setting the Saganaki aflame. Their gyro platter is my go-to dish. Plenty to fill the belly with some left to take home. They also serve breakfast all day. Omelets, cold cereal, bagel & lox...something for everyone. The menu also includes American fare such a burgers and triple decker sandwiches. They have a case of deserts to temp you before your meal; Ekmek Kadayifi (this is outstanding!) and several cheesecakes. We've very much enjoyed everything we've had here. We always recommend this place. And don't forget to ring the bell on the way out...OPA!!

Amazing food very friendly staff

Ordered a pastrami reuben, came with fries and slaw. Reuben was pretty much inedible, as the meat was nothing but tough fat. The slaw was mostly mayonnaise, didn't care much for it, bland. This was my first time eating there and I don't think I'll be back. It's hard to mess up simple items like that.

Love Love Love - grilled chicken Greek salad! I always oder that and its very satisfying with leftovers to take home. The staff is wonderful with good service. The con is its cash only which is totally rediculous. I feel if your a buisness you should be required to accept charge card or debit card. Actually she would have a better buisness if she excepted cards. I know several people that don't care how good there food is. They don't go because the no credit card.

Everything here is homemade and absolutely delicious!! Restaurant is always clean and staff is very courteous and attentive! This is the only place in the area that has authentic Greek food. If you are hungry I highly recommend visiting the Greek American Grill!

Dont order the Greek calamari. The sauce tastes is awful, worse than prego and the fried calamari is soggy and smells weird. The salad that came with the meal was a handful of iceberg had half a slice of tomato and one cucumber sitting in 6x too much dressing. Even the "garlic bread" just had oil on it. Very disappointed. The website didnt have prices so I called with questions and placed an order for take out. When we arrived my son asked if we could eat it there- the woman behind the counter gave an attitude and said id have to pay a service fee because they had boxed it up to go. Really? This wasnt worth the styrofoam it was put in.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this diner. My visit was horrendous! Half the orders on the menu couldn’t be placed since they didn’t have them. It took 30 minutes to make a steak rib eye one of the only meals they had. Then the staff got the order wrong. On top of that they made us pay for all the incorrect meals they made. I was very unhappy with my visit.

Gyro is decent but the tzatziki sauce just needs some love. I'm not saying it's terrible but you can get better at a local supermarket and that should not be the case. That being said, it's probably the best gyro you can get within the region (they carve the meat from the cone which is awesome).

The food there is very good. The gyro is almost mouth-watering.

Great food. Don't order the gyro platter. You get more food with the sandwich alone and $4 cheaper.

Great Greek place. Have many fresh deserts and Monday special on Gyros. One of my favorite places for breakfast as well as their Greek salad. They added on and renovated but, sadly, the men’s room is not being cleaned well. Always makes me wonder how they keep their kitchen clean. Usually same person cleans both.

Fantastik place 4ur dining needs. Food Service excellent. One of the best well-maintained restaurants in the area!

(Lower salt notice update below!!!) I have no idea why this place isn't packed. The food is really good here. The Greek meats are very tender. Falafel is very yummy. Service is casually slow, but they can tell you anything you want to know about the food. If you don't have time to sit, they have takeout. I will come again. *UPDATE* Service has gotten faster (waitresses, not the lovely cooking), but not rushing you. I have to eat lower salt for my blood pressure, so I was seeking about lower salt alternatives on the menu. I have found out that the chef does not use salt in his cooking! The only salt in the food is what naturally occurs in it. He likes to use spices and things like lemon to flavor his foods. If you are looking for lower salt alternatives that taste great, come here. I just had the moussaka... fabulous!

Maybe it's because I love Greek food, but more likely because this is the best value for the money in the Scranton area. Try the Feta drizzled with honey or the Village salad. Also, traditional American diner food is available or full dinner-sized entrees. You can't go wrong. A family run operation. Highly reccomended!

Excellent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Generous portions, great value. Get the Greek Platter for 2 so you can try all the yummms. So good I eat there at least once or twice a week. Wave hi to Steve in the kitchen and strike up a conversation with the waitresses. Feels like family.

Great food, price, and atmosphere. My wife and I travel 45 minutes to eat here. If you like Greek food you'll really enjoy it here.
